Maybe if this goes viral someone like Ellen, Biggest Loser, or the show “Heavy” will help him out. This is heart breaking and I hope he gets help.

Oh my lord….. I teared up seeing this. Everyone needs to re-blog this and help this guy out.

I sincerely hope someone is able to help him, and soon.
